The project idea aims to respond to all its requests, trying to optimize the space and to ensure adequate comfort in each apartment. There are four apartments, designed in its own version, each of them having an open and spacey entrance with a living room, kitchen, dining area, one single bedroom, one double bedroom, bathroom, and a bathroom with a washing machine fitted in.
The concept is to create a bright living space with a cozy atmosphere, made of some simple modifications to achieve very functional apartments with reasonable spaces. The build up area is 190sqm and the volume is 894mc. We made a porch for every apartment which are private and very comfy. As you can see there are four versions of apartment but if you want you can use the only one.
