Il progetto si è basato sul mantenere il volume esistente intervenendo solamente sui prospetti per rimodulare le finestre e aprire l'interno verso il giardino esterno, dove è stato realizzato un portico davanti il prospetto principale e un portico sul prospetto laterale.
Il portico frontale è stato pensato come un'area dove rilassarsi, mentre il portico laterale funge da sala pranzo direttamente collegata alla cucina, così da compensare o pochi spazi interni.
Gli interni sono strati strutturati come un monolocale con cucina e letto che può fungere anche da divano e bagno finestrato completo.
Per il tetto come da richiesta è stato pensato un tetto giardino andando a modificare solamente la scala di accesso alla copertura.

The project was based on maintaining the existing volume by intervening only on the elevations to remodel the windows and open the interior towards the external garden, where a portico was created in front of the main elevation and a portico on the side elevation.
The front porch was designed as an area to relax, while the side porch serves as a dining room directly connected to the kitchen, thus compensating for or few internal spaces.
The interiors are layered like a studio apartment with kitchen and bed that can also double as a sofa and full bathroom with window.
For the roof, as requested, a garden roof was designed, only modifying the access ladder to the roof.
