In questo fondaco ,dove sono già presenti le utenze,da sempre adibito a rimessa materiali nautici,vorremmo creare un bagno con doccia ,anche esterna,e un living cottura + matrimoniale ,molto aperto verso l’esterno , dove ci piacerebbe un pergolato fiorito sul giardino,che ombreggi in estate.
Sul tetto piatto ci piacerebbe una zona prendisole che all occorrenza possa essere utilizzato anche come deposito barca
Quindi vorremmo modificare la scala di accesso rendendola più fluibile sicura
Sotto il pergolato ci piacerebbe una pedana in legno o altro materiale , per pranzo o relax
Senza modificare le cubature siamo aperti a qualunque soluzione

On the flat roof we would like a sunbathing area that can also be used as a boat storage if necessary.
So we would like to change the access ladder to make it more flowable and safe.
Under the pergola we would like a platform in wood or other material, for lunch or relaxation.
Without changing the volume, we are open to any solution.

En este almacen, que siempre se ha utilizado como nave de equipamiento náutico nos gustaría crear un cuarto de baño con ducha, también al aire libre, y una sala de estar con una cama doble, muy abierta al exterior, donde nos gustaría colocar una pérgola floreada sobre el jardín, que daría sombra en verano.
En el tejado plano nos gustaría tener una zona para tomar el sol que también podría utilizarse como almacén para el barco si fuera necesario.
Entonces nos gustaría modificar la escalera de acceso, haciéndola más fluida y segura
Debajo de la pérgola nos gustaría una plataforma de madera u otro material para comer o relajarse
Sin cambiar la cubatura, estamos abiertos a cualquier opción.
