Dear Client, my design concept is about dividing the warehouse into 2 spaces
a bathroom with shower,sink,toilet and also a external shower as requested in the brief
the other space will be a living area with small kitchenette and a dining counter
due to the space we added a sofa that can be converted into a double bed
I added a pergola in the garden to be used for lunch and relaxation and made the stairs more safe by adding rails to it
i also made a glass wall towards the sea for view and also a glass wall for the garden
