In this
project I tried to fit all your needs that you described! First of
all i chose the Light Beige , the White and the Brown-Grey
as a main colors for this flat because
those are the colors of the Nature! For me this is very important: it’s a way
to have a relation with Mother Earth! Come in! Entering,
the first space is the biggest of
the house: a large area that include the living room, the kitchen and the
dining room as you wanted! For the
first, in all its size, I thought of a false ceiling of 10cm to insert light
points and to define a lounge area
really spacious and comfortable. This zone is composed by a sofa, a chaise
longue and a wall system for an extreme relax ! On the left
is placed the kitchen that is
divided in two parts: the first consists of a lot of cupboards to contain the
fridge, the oven and a very capacious pantry,
and the second with a functional peninsula with the stove and the
sink. Close to
this peninsula there’s also a snack bar that overlooks in the dining
area for a lot of funny after dinner with friends, shacking cocktails! Complete
the triptych the dining room
characterized by a plasterboard wall with wengè finish used as a library and as
a sideboard: it’s a classic dining room with a precious tempered glass table
but with also a small elegant work station ! Crossing
this zone, they're located two different accesses to two different sleeping areas destined to the family
and to the guests: there’s no better way to have the maximum privacy !! Both areas
have a spacious bathroom, but I preferred enlarge the bath for the family to
include a modern double washbasin! The part
for the family has, obviously, two bedroom: a master bedroom and a twin
bedroom , each one of them with a large built-in cupboard. For you I
designed a plasterboard false ceiling and shelves with wengè finish to framing
the bed: the wengè topcoat gives warmth to the room and recalls the color of
the library in the living area. For the
future children and for optimized the spaces I thought to insert a bunk beds,
always very loved from the babies! Colors and fun into furniture are a must! The place
for the guests is a jolly : it can be used as guest room with all the comforts
(built-in cupboard, sofa bed and private bathroom) or as a second single
bedroom ! In this
area I wanted also a useful laundry, always very desiderate by the housewives
for its utility! Finally I
searched to make the most of the space of the two balconies : one more cosy for
a sweet relax in the summer time, and the other for pleasant chats with friends
and relatives! I hope I
