Gentile committente, nella ricerca di una distribuzione degli ambienti, che tiene conto delle sue esigenze ho individuato tre soluzioni, che mantengono sia la scala interna a servizio della tavernetta, che il passaggio di accesso alla cantina. Ho cercato di mantenere il collegamento della zona cucina con la veranda, in modo che quest’ultima possa essere di servizio alla stessa, e sostituito il caminetto esistente con uno più moderno, attorno al quale ho sviluppato la zona dei divani, che nella terza soluzione è stato ruotato attorno alla posizione della canna fumaria. Le prime due soluzioni propongono una camera e un bagno con accesso dalla zona giorno mentre nella terza soluzione le quattro camere e i due bagni sono indipendenti dal soggiorno cucina, per garantire una maggiore privacy.

Dear customer, in the search for a distribution of environments, that takes into account his needs, I have identified three solutions, which maintain both the internal staircase, serving the tavern that the passage of access to the cellar. I tried to maintain the connection of the kitchen area with the veranda, so that the latter could be of service to the same, and replaced the existing fireplace with a more modern, around which I developed the area of the sofas, which in the third solution it has been rotated around the position of the chimney. In the first and in the second solutions one bedroom and one bathroom has access from the living area while in the third solution the four bedrooms and the two bathrooms are independent from the living room and kitchen, to ensure greater privacy.
