The new floorplan takes into consideration the space available and the position of the main balcony. By the entrance a niche provides the space for a built in wardrobe, also by including the small storage space we have space for a dining area, moreover the open plan kitchen and living area has an access to the main balcony. Thorough the corridor it is possible to access: the big double bedroom which has 2 windows one with access to the balcony, the main bathroom which remains in the original position and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and built in closet. Finally by integrating the small balcony to the house we have space for a laundry area in a built in wardrobe.
