Il progetto prevede di ristrutturare internamente questa porzione di edificio. partendo dai pavimenti, previsti in rovere nell'ingresso, nel soggiorno e nel salotto, e in gres nella cucina e nel bagno. Le suddivisioni tra le stanze principali sono realizzate a tutta altezza mediante porte con ante a vetro pieghevoli a libro, per dare luminosità e continuità allo spazio.
Lo stile scelto per gli arredi è ricercato e richiama al vintage, periodo di costruzione della casa. Si sono scelti colori naturali del legno (rovere) e il bianco per la cucina. Nel salotto invece è previsto l'accostamento di due divani, uno più classico in cuoio, e l'altro di contrasto di colore viola. tale accostamento può essere addolcito dall'utilizzo, su alcune pareti, di carta da parati che riprende le stesse tonalità. Nel salotto si è previsto anche l'inserimento di un caminetto per riscaldare la stanza. La cucina presenta un'isola centrale da utilizzare come piano di lavoro e come tavolo. attraverso delle vetrate simili a quelle interne si può accedere all'ampio terrazzo esterno.
The project plans to restructure internally this portion of the building. Starting from the floors, in oak in the hall, in the dining room and into the living room, and tile in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The divisions between the main rooms are made with doors with folding glass from the floor to the ceiling, to give brightness and continuity to the space.
The style chosen for the furnishings is researched and recalls the vintage, the construction period of the house. We have chosen natural colors of wood (oak) and white for the kitchen. In the living room rather it is expected the combination of two sofas, one more classic in leather, and the other, contrasting, in purple color. This combination can be softened by the use, on some walls, of wallpaper, which incorporates the same tones. In the living room it is also provided for the insertion of a fireplace to heat the room. The kitchen has a central island to be used as a work surface and as a table. The access to the wide terrace is provided by a french windows similar to internal ones.
