Dear client,
I am very happy to have participated in your contest.
I placed the entrance on the west side and separated the entrance from the outside storage by anticipating plants outside the house.
I placed the staircase near the entrance, placed the guest toilet and staircase on the south side to protect the house from the outside storage.
I placed the kitchen on the north side and gave access to the east and west gardens and the laundry.
I designed the kitchen, living room and dining area as an integral part and arranged them so that they have easy access to each other.
I placed the fireplace, TV wall and tall windows facing the west so that you can see them all in one direction when sitting on the sofa.
On the first floor, I placed the master bedroom in an area that benefits from the north and west light, and placed the walk-in closet and private bathroom on the north side to create insulation against the sound of the pump.
I used light colors combined with wood for the design so that I could have a bright and warm house.
I used a combination of fence and plants to hide the pump outside.
I also suggested two designs for you, the difference being the location of the TV wall and the dimensions of the west-facing windows on the ground floor.
Feel free to email me if you have any questions or changes.
