The project focuses on art in all his various forms : paintings, sculptures but also famous international design pieces.
The plan is divided in 3 different spaces: a fixed area with big sofa defined by a carpet and 2 flexi areas that can be combined together for a large group of guests.
The first flexi area is near the big paintings wall and is characterized by a lot of stools that can be moved as guests want.
The second flexi area is made of a raised stage and comfortable armchairs that can be repositioned depending on the number of guests.
All areas are joined by a plasterboard veil that runs along the entire perimeter of the room. This veil hosts the curtains and led lighting (grazing light).
The colors of the walls is neutral (greige tones) to enhance art pieces all around and the wonderful wooden floor. So the walls offer a comfortable backdrop for artwork and create a warm atmosphere.
The moodboard of this project is based on gold/copper metal color for special design pieces such as armchairs and coffee table structure (also furniture complements), earth tones (greige=gray+beige) and other design pieces more colorful to liven up the room. You can choose from 2 to 4 different colors for stools and sacco bean bags.
Optional: a small restyling of the fireplace with a "C shape" protruding volume and a golden casket to host special art pieces.
Finally the same design project is set up as a work of art, completely hand-drawn and if you like it you can hang it on the wall like a painting. I allowed myself to suggest an American artist that I love very much because I saw her artworks during an exhibition in Rome (Pat Steir) for the big paintings wall.
