Hello, we purchased an apartment of 150 square meters, external completely finished – internal under construction (see photos), and we would need a professional advice for defining all architectonical aspects such as the division of space, finishes , furnishings.
The apartment is located at the first floor of a condominium. The entrance is through a common sbstairway with elevator; even though there is an additional second entrance can be transformed into a balcony.
We want a modern design that prefers functionality so with large living spaces bright and easy to clean (es. furniture to the ceiling, wall hanging WCs, suspended furniture, shelves closed to prevent dust an to not show the mess!), bright and refined while at the same time, warm and welcoming. (we don’t like the rustic style or the country style, no decoration ).
We prefer neutral colors ( white , grays , taupe etc .. ) .
Environments to be created are the following: large dining room / kitchen, large living room, small office with two workstations, laundry/bathroom, utility room, 1 main bathroom, master bedroom with wardrobe room and bathroom, 1 twin bedroom , 1 single bedroom (or two bedrooms twin if there is space)
Having noted that the brightest area is in the Southwest, I think it is a great place for Kitchen/Dining area. While I wish the sleeping area on the EST side.
KITCHEN / DINING: I love to cook so much so i dream a kitchen with ample work space and a pantry, large glass door on the SOuth side, great table design to eat, play games, chat; a small sitting area with sofa for television.
LARGE LIVING ROOM: in continuity with the dining area, but virtually separated to ensure the privacy of the two environments. NO fireplace. Relaxing area to watch TV and / or to receive guests.
LAUNDRY / BATHROOM: washing machine, dryer, roll-away ironing board , large work surface, large laundry sink, space for changing baby; adjacent and communicating with secondary bathroom with toilet, small washbasin, shower tray.
STUDIO: in a room preferably positioned in the living area, small library closed.
Two seats to work concurrently.
Sleeping area:
Main bathroom: shower 80×120 cm approx.
Double bedroom (with possibility of an cot bed), with beauty corner, wardrobe room and bathroom.
1 Single bedroom and 1 twin bedroom
I do not like putting shoes and jackets in the bedroom and then I wish to get a wardrobe near the entrance well integrated and almost invisible and a small dressing room where take off your shoes and put them away.
We do not possess any furniture and therefore we would like to realize also custom furniture by the carpenter, especially to exploit small and large storage spaces.
For the flooring we prefer parquet and / or marble and/or resins and/or microcemnt.
The holes in windows and balconies, can be expanded and / or moved if necessary.
You can also make new openings.
