The design was inspired by the rustic modern design. The use of gray shades and raw color of the materials makes the proposed design interesting and stand-out. The development highly considers the minimal changes of the existing structure itself. The existing landscape form was kept and only introduce new planting form. The original structure was only introduced with new accent materials and fresh coat of paints. For the landscape area, a wood deck and planter walls we're introduce to complement all design scheme.
