Description

The apartment was designed to be as well comfortable as functional. The partitioning and distribution of rooms take into consideration all existing structural and drain columns.

The interior space can be clearly divided into public/private and day/night areas.

At the entrance it was created a small hall with a storage that can be used for jackets and shoes.

The living room and the kitchen have direct access to the large terrace. The dining area can be treated as a particularity of the house by decorating the wall near the table or adding a nice color on it.
The partitions of the kitchen can be glazed walls with black frames and sliding doors. That way, the visual perception of the entire day area (living room, kitchen, dining) will be larger and brighter.

All this "public" area of the apartament has a small toilet that serves also the studio.

The private area of the house is completely separated to the day rooms.
It is composed by 3 bedrooms with access from a common corridor with large built in dressings. The kids bedrooms have a common bathroom on the corridor, and the matrimonial bedroom has its own bathroom with a large shower. The width of the both bathrooms allows the possibility of placing a bath tube or creating a large shower cabin.

The washer and dryer are placed both in the bathroom that has access from the corridor.
