My design is based on the creation of a functional and pleasant apartment.
Respecting the structure and the existing openings, i designed a large, bright and functional living area in order to enjoy it as a family at any time of the day.
The living room, dining table and the kitchen are now facing South as you requested.
I separated the entrance to the living room by a bookshelves. This solution doesn't obstruct the living room and allows to have a welcoming, bright and well defined entrance. It also contains an entry-closet.
The kitchen is wide enough. It is separated from the living room by a counter and a decorative element for TV, decorations and books. The kitchen and living room are pleasant and open both on the existing South terrace. The sink is placed next to the existing sanitary equipments.
I designed for you a studio. It's functional, far from the night area and separated from the living area.
Master bedroom: functional and bright with closet and private bathroom. It open onto the existing South terrace.
Two children's bedroom with closet both. They open onto the existing North terrace. Children can communicate and share common activities.
The bathrooms are designed taking into consideration the existing sanitary equipments:
-bathroom for children with vanity, shower (or bathtub if you wish), toilet, bidet and window.
-bathroom for guests, near sanitary equipments with vanity, toilet and vertical washer&dryer machine. The guest bathroom is near living area and separated from night area.
-private bathroom for parents with vanity, toilet, shower and window.
I designed the house by separating the living and night area with maximum storage.
