Description

The biggest challenge in this project was to provide the desirable number of rooms which is not so easy to achieve considering the size of the apartment. I decided to provide three different solutions in order to give you the possibility to make a choice based on your family habits and desires. In every solution the main point was to keep south-oriented living room and kitchen. In first and second variant living room is separated from the entrance and hallway with sliding panels which can be made of wood, plaster or glass, which is the best option. This way the living room can be closed but the natural light can reach the hallway and provide a nice atmosphere.
The apartment can be clearly divided into public/private - day/night. It gets more and more privacy as the rooms get further from the entrance. If it’s needed you can place sliding door between this two zones to separate them physically too. Bathrooms are positioned close to the sleeping area. Master bedroom is south oriented and has a private bathroom.
Each proposal provide an entry way with a wardrobe for family and guests coats.
In each variant I proposed solution with closed and open kitchen so you can easily decide what is the best solution for you and your family.
I hope you’ll like some of my proposals.
Best regards
