I greet you fellow client! First i compliment your choice of home idea and also i thank you that you gave us the chance to design it. I put a lot of thinking in this project and finally i managed to design your dream house. As far as i am concerned to your request,i managed to accomplish them all,except some small details. As you requested 3 bathrooms, I suggest that we should go with 2 plenty bathrooms,and also filled with light. I as an architect insist that better have space and light,and we should not create mazes inside the house with mini rooms. As we take a look to your studio,i managed to make a small space to it,highly lighted and divided by your living room with a glass wall as described in the reference. The living room is connected with the kitchen in some form of a "sogiorno",and divided by each other by a glass wall with a sliding door. So the living room,kitchen,studio,bathroom and the bedrooms are all connected in center by an elegant fireplace that can be false or not. It also has the function of connecting all the spaces with each other. The guest room,can be also used as an normal bedroom if needed,and as requested has a private connection with a bathroom.
