The project, according to customers' requirements and the formal constraints of this new apartment, firstly provide a possible location of all the required spaces as functional as possible.
The new apartment, starting from the existing entry, consists of an entrance area separated from the living room with, depending on the preferences, a glass wall, as the reference image, or a drywall.
The kitchen, with a small table, and the living are located in two distinct and independent areas and both facing south and the big terrace.
Continuing to the other part of the house, the studio and the guest bath lead to the master bedroom, with it’s own private bathroom, the two children's rooms and the laundry-storage room with the main bath.

La soluzione progettuale proposta, in accordo con le esigenze della committenza e con i vincoli formali del nuovo appartamento, prevede, in primo luogo, la collocazione quanto più funzionale possibile, di tutti gli ambienti richiesti.
Il nuovo appartamento, partendo dall’entrata principale esistente, si compone di una zona ingresso separata dal soggiorno con una partizione trasparente, similare all’immagine di riferimento, o in cartongesso.
La cucina, con un piccolo tavolo per quattro persone, e l’area living sono, come da richieste, in due locali distinti ed entrambi affacciati a sud sul grande terrazzo.
Proseguendo verso la zona notte, lo studio ed il bagno ospiti conducono verso la camera padronale, con proprio bagno privato, le camere dei bambini e la lavanderia-ripostiglio che precede il bagno principale.
