Hello,
As you will see, I tried my best to incorporate everything you asked for in my design, I hope you like it. :)
First, I kept the 3 bedroom sizes the same; but I changed the door of one of the bathroom, so that it connects
directly to the master bedroom. Therefore, the other bathroom become the main bathroom that can be shared by the children.
I managed to make more space for a dining room by adding a corridor that connects the bedrooms to the kitchen area. I left most of the kitchen layout the same, except for some small changes that bring the sink under the window,
which should add more sunlight into the kitchen area.
At the intersection of the living and dining room, I added a small bathroom for guest. It has a sliding door to save space. The washing/drying machines are on the patio, next to the living area but you may decide to put it somewhere else if you wish.
The living room is now isolated by an opaque wall. This wall has 1 opening on each side; One to the dining room, the other one to the kitchen, making it easier to walk from one place to the other. Also, I didn't add anything on the wall that has the window, so if you manage to get a larger window for the living area it would work with the design, although one option or the other will look good.
Facing the living room, there's a small office/studio for you. As you can see, its door and part of its walls are made of glass (similar to the image you put in reference). For more privacy, you will be able to close curtains, which will also look great in terms of interior design.
Finally, I added a small wall next to the entrance door to make it more private.
I kept the furniture to a minimum so that you can really visualize the space, but as you can see there is still some available space to add storage furniture as you wish.
