Lo spazio sarà decorato con cura per i dettagli utilizzando materiali di alta qualità come legno di marmo e legno verniciato in grigio scuro. L'ingresso all'appartamento sarà nella zona lounge in primo piano con un divano a L, due poltrone e un tavolo classico. Di fronte sarà il muro con mobili tv. che sarà una combinazione di legno naturale con la donna scura. La cucina e la sala da pranzo saranno costituite dal tavolo rotondo esistente, dalla cucina e da un'isola di cottura rivestita in marmo che verrà estesa per trasformarsi in un tavolo da lavoro. I materiali che verranno utilizzati saranno abbinati a quelli di mobili in legno grigio, legno naturale e marmo nero. Il muro che separa il soggiorno dall'ufficio sarà inoltre rivestito con travi in legno e strisce orizzontali con illuminazione a led. La scala sarà un'opera d'arte, creata da 3 diversi elementi. La prima parte sarà in marmo e avrà una base a terra, ogni scala sarà basata su una striscia di illuminazione nascosta, la seconda parte sarà trasversale alla prima e sarà supportata console su entrambe le pareti, sarà rivestita con legna. La terza parte sarà una console supportata solo su un lato del muro. La scala sarà trattata come un'area verde con piante decorative, le pareti avranno stucco con texture da bianco a grigio. Il soffitto avrà elementi in legno orizzontali che si intrecciano con punti luce e appesi decorativi.

The wall that separates the living room from the office will also be lined with wooden beams and horizontal stripes with led lighting. The scale will be a work of art, created from 3 different elements. The first part will be made of marble and will have a base on the ground, each ladder will be based on a hidden lighting strip, the second part will be transverse to the first and will be supported console on both walls, will be lined with wood. The third part will be a console supported only on one side of the wall. The staircase will be treated as a green area with decorative plants, the walls will have putty with white to gray texture. The ceiling will have horizontal wooden elements that will be intertwined with decorative hanging lighting and spots.
