The layout is based on your existing floorplan with some improvements to create a better working layout.
Each of the main bedroom has their own wardrobe and bathroom. The former service bedroom is turned into a gym with sauna and shower. And the living, dining and kitchen area was made into a large open space that continued from the porch to the rearmost wall.
The concept for the interior was modern minimal with 2 material schemes, which was white and wood.
