Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Accedendo all'ingresso principale, è possibile vedere il bellissimo foyer, e subito dopo la cucina, che ha vinto un progetto super moderno e sofisticato, oltre ad essere molto spaziosa, è molto funzionale e completa, composta anche da un'isola che servirà come banco da pranzo.
Proprio accanto alla cucina, si trova la sala da pranzo, composta da un bellissimo e grande tavolo da pranzo e da bellissime sedute, oltre ad essere molto vicina al camino che è stato progettato per delimitare in modo sottile la sala da pranzo dal soggiorno.
Dall'altra parte del camino si trova il soggiorno, che ha vinto un progetto super moderno e accogliente. Sono stati utilizzati colori neutri e più chiari, che rendono la stanza più spaziosa e invitante. Il soggiorno era strategicamente posizionato accanto alle porte a vetri, per avere una vista sul paesaggio esterno.
Come richiesto, in questo progetto è presente anche una palestra molto spaziosa per ospitare varie attrezzature per il fitness; un bagno sociale che si trova accanto alla zona sociale della casa (sala da pranzo e soggiorno); una spaziosa lavanderia e un ripostiglio (per lo stoccaggio). È presente anche la camera da letto della housekeeper, molto confortevole.
Oltre a tutto questo, il progetto prevede anche due camere da letto, una molto spaziosa e funzionale, con una bellissima vista, e l'altra è una suite matrimoniale, composta da camera da letto, bagno e un ampio e bellissimo cabina armadio.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Spero che ti piaccia, e se hai qualche domanda, o se vuoi fare qualche cambiamento nel progetto, sappi che sono a tua disposizione!

Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and hope you like it too!
Entering the main entrance, you can see the beautiful foyer, and right after that the kitchen, which won a super modern and sophisticated design, besides being very spacious, is very functional and complete, also consisting of an island that will serve as a dining counter.
Right next to the kitchen is the dining room, which consists of a beautiful large dining table and beautiful seating, as well as being very close to the fireplace that is designed to subtly demarcate the dining room from the living room.
On the other side of the fireplace is the living room, which won a super modern and cozy design. Neutral and lighter colors were used, making the room feel more spacious and inviting. The living room was strategically placed next to the glass doors to have a view of the outside landscape.
As required, there is also a very spacious gymnasium in this project to accommodate various fitness equipment; a social bathroom located next to the social area of the house (dining room and living room); a spacious laundry room; and a utility room (for storage). A very comfortable housekeeper's bedroom is also present.
In addition to all this, the design also includes two bedrooms, one very spacious and functional, with a beautiful view, and the other is a master suite, consisting of bedroom, bathroom and a large and beautiful walk-in closet.
