First of all, we would like to thank you for opening the design of your house to a competition and giving us the opportunity to work in this beautiful area. We enjoyed working. Hope you like it too.
CAR PARK:
We have positioned the parking area you want for the front garden at the entrance of the garden. Thus, the area to be used by vehicles in the garden is reduced to a minimum (25m²). What you need is a slightly wider vehicle door than usual. There are different solutions for this. A folding door on the rails will be stylish and convenient.
POOL AND ADDITIONAL USES:
In addition to the 15-20 m² pool area we will create for the pool, a small kitchen and living areas those allow you to have fun. We have lowered the small upper garden here to road level in order to place them comfortably. In addition, a few steps at the end of the outer stairs were directed to the new entrance. The remainder was not changed.
LANDSCAPE:
Paying attention to the balance of hard and soft ground, we used high quality and long-lasting materials suitable for outdoor conditions. The green areas and plants we have chosen are suitable for growing in the region, easy to maintain and have a high visual impact.
EXTERIOR:
We used modular sunshades made of wood-like composite material on the more sunny façade of your house. The assembly of these units can be fixed or mobile according to your wishes. Thus, by creating some gaps, you do not create a railing effect throughout the house. In addition, these sunshades cover the terrace of the upper floor in accordance with the slope of the roof, thus bringing this place to daily use.
PLAN:
The staircase we created inside the house provides the connection between all floors. On the ground floor there is a large living area and kitchen, as well as a connecting dining area, guest bedroom and bathrooms. On the first floor are the bedrooms and a studio with the entrance independent from the apartment. There is also a large area in the attic that you can use for storage, which you can access via a suspended staircase from the stair landing on the last floor. While designing all these plans, we took care not to interfere with the load-bearing walls.
