Grazie per l'opportunità di progettare ELE House, la tua villa appartamento a San Giovanni La Punta. Il nostro concetto è una villa elegante progettata con gusto per la tua bella famiglia che unisce in modo creativo la funzionalità pratica degli spazi con una straordinaria ma semplice poesia visiva sulle facciate per dare a ELE House il suo nuovo carattere e identità.
Per quanto riguarda l'estetica della casa, il nostro progetto si basa sulla soluzione per i balconi all'aperto esistenti che circondano la casa. Volevamo creare un sistema in cui si potesse essere sui balconi ma provare comunque un senso di privacy dalla strada o dai vicini ma allo stesso tempo non essere completamente isolati dall'ambiente. In quanto tale, abbiamo scoperto che gli schermi a lamelle hanno inchiodato questo punto creando uno spazio interno-esterno fornendo anche l'ombreggiatura tanto necessaria dal sole. Si propone che il piano terra sia rifinito con un rivestimento in pietra mediterranea per legare l'intero edificio e macinarlo in stile italiano.
Per quanto riguarda gli spazi, ci siamo assicurati di sfruttare ogni centimetro della superficie del pavimento per dare alla tua famiglia il massimo dallo spazio. Gli interni sono progettati per essere classici nello stile come richiesto e con sensibilità ai movimenti solari. Uno dei principali principi guida nella progettazione degli spazi è stato il collegamento con i terrazzi per creare una vita dentro-fuori. Abbiamo cercato di sfruttare al meglio le terrazze per arricchire gli spazi interni.
Al primo piano, la terrazza è pensata per essere condivisa tra la zona giorno e una parte privata per la camera degli ospiti. Ciò offre alla camera da letto la possibilità di indipendenza, ad esempio se i tuoi genitori o suoceri soggiornano per un po' di tempo. Al secondo piano, la terrazza è pensata per essere condivisa tra la zona giorno superiore e una sezione privata per la camera matrimoniale. Questo dà al padrone uno spazio esterno esclusivo lontano da tutti gli altri.

Thank you for the opportunity to design ELE House, your apartment villa in San Giovanni La Punta. Our concept is a tastefully designed stylish villa for your beautiful family which creatively blends practical functionality of the spaces with stunning yet simple visual poetry on the facades to give ELE House its new character and identity.
On the aesthetics of the house, our design is based on the solution for the existing open-air balconies surrounding the house. We wanted to create a system where you can be on the balconies but still feel a sense of privacy from the street or neighbors but at the same time not be closed off completely from the environment. As such we found that the slat screens nailed this point by creating an indoor-outdoor space while also providing the much-needed shading from the sun. The ground floor is proposed to be finished in a Mediterranean stone veneer to tie the whole building and ground it in Italian style.
As for the spaces, we've made sure to capitalize on every inch of the floor area to give your family the most out of the space. The interiors are designed to be classic in style as requested as well as with sensitivity to the solar movements. One of the main guiding principles in designing the spaces was the connection to the terraces to create inside-outside living. We've tried to make the most of the terraces to enrich the inside spaces.
On the first floor, the terrace is designed to be shared between the living area and a private section for the guest bedroom. This gives the bedroom the possibility of independence for instance if your parents or in-laws are staying over for a while. On the second floor, the terrace is designed to be shared between the upper living area and a private section for the master bedroom. This gives the master an exclusive outdoor space away from everyone else.
