Dear Client,
this was a very interesting project with many requirements to be met. The concept of that old house had to be adapted to modern needs and a new way of life. The organization of the internal space required only one intervention on the facade, that is a new opening on the second floor, everything else on the facade is untouched. Everywhere in the house there are suspended ceilings up to 3m high, only in the marked rectangles is the ceiling level higher 3.12m (it can be seen on the plan with lights). There are many details with precise dimensions on the DWG document.
The lot has been completely remodeled and it has various levels and stairs, so I sent you a picture to visualize those levels more clearly. Sicily is an island with beautiful flowers, so I have suggested many flower shrubs and trees that grow in that area.
