Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!

Appena entrati nella residenza, si accede all'ingresso, dove è stato ricavato un piccolo soggiorno con poltrone e tavolino, insieme a una bella credenza.

L'area sociale del primo piano è stata centralizzata nel soggiorno/sala da pranzo e nella cucina, in quanto ambienti integrati. L'ambiente è ben illuminato, ventilato e spazioso, il che lo rende molto accogliente.
Il soggiorno è diviso in due parti, la sala TV e la sala lettura, e sono delimitate da una libreria a scomparsa, in modo che l'illuminazione non sia compromessa in nessuno dei due luoghi.
La sala da pranzo ha un grande e bellissimo tavolo da pranzo, dal design diverso e innovativo.
Proprio accanto alla sala da pranzo, si trova la cucina, con tanto spazio per riporre gli oggetti e per cucinare comodamente. Negli armadi è stata utilizzata una tonalità di vino nei dettagli, per dare più colore e risalto a questo ambiente.

Una piccola toilette è stata progettata in uno degli ingressi della residenza, in modo discreto e con molta privacy, per l'uso dei residenti e dei visitatori, con un facile accesso.

Nel progetto c'è anche una camera per gli ospiti molto grande, molto accogliente e con una bella vista sul giardino. Dispone inoltre di un bagno privato.

Su questo piano sono stati progettati due bagni completi (oltre alla toilette), uno si trova nella camera degli ospiti, come detto sopra, e l'altro accanto all'ingresso, in modo discreto, contenente un lavabo, un wc, un bidet e una doccia.
È stato progettato anche un ripostiglio, con spazio sufficiente per riporre tutto il necessario.

Al piano superiore è possibile accedere a uno spazio accogliente, con un piccolo spazio cucina, un tavolo da pranzo per la famiglia e un bel divano accogliente per comporre l'ambiente, che dispone anche di una scala che dà accesso al primo piano e alla mansarda.

Una piccola toilette è stata progettata in uno degli ingressi della residenza, in modo discreto e con molta privacy, per l'uso dei residenti e dei visitatori, con un facile accesso. Una lavanderia completa, con spazio per stirare e asciugare, con panche e armadietti per riporre gli oggetti necessari, e accesso all'esterno.

Un ampio soggiorno è stato progettato per consentire ai residenti di lavorare/studiare a casa, con una grande scrivania, con spazio per computer libri e quaderni. C'è anche un divano per rilassarsi e aspettare. E, naturalmente, una toilette integrata per garantire la privacy.
In una delle pareti è stato ricavato un armadio per riporre gli oggetti e i vestiti della famiglia.

Sullo stesso piano, c'è una camera da letto con un comodo letto, un proprio spogliatoio e un bagno, e uno spazio con una scrivania per studiare.
E naturalmente la suite padronale, una bellissima camera matrimoniale, con un letto grande e confortevole, oltre a uno spazio per riposare e leggere. La suite dispone anche di un bagno completo e di un grande armadio per i vestiti.

Oltre ai servizi igienici vicino all'angolo cottura e allo studio principale, questo piano dispone di due bagni completi. Uno nella camera da letto singola e uno integrato nella suite. Entrambi sono dotati di tutti gli elementi richiesti, tra cui doccia e bidet.

Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and hope you like it too!

As soon as you enter the residence, you enter the entrance hall, where a small living room with armchairs and coffee table has been created, along with a beautiful sideboard.

The social area of the second floor has been centralized in the living/dining room and kitchen, as they are integrated rooms. The room is well lit, ventilated and spacious, making it very cozy.
The living room is divided into two parts, the TV room and the reading room, and they are bordered by a built-in bookcase so that lighting is not compromised in either place.
The dining room has a large and beautiful dining table with a different and innovative design.
Right next to the dining room is the kitchen, with plenty of space for storage and comfortable cooking. A wine shade was used in the cabinets in the details, to give more color and emphasis to this room.

A small toilet was designed in one of the entrances to the residence, discreetly and with plenty of privacy, for the use of residents and visitors, with easy access.

There is also a very large, very cozy guest room in the design with a nice view of the garden. It also has a private bathroom.

Two full bathrooms (in addition to the toilet) have been designed on this floor, one is located in the guest room, as mentioned above, and the other one is discreetly next to the entrance, containing a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower.
A storage room has also been designed, with enough space to store all necessities.

The upper floor provides access to a cozy space with a small kitchen area, a family dining table, and a nice cozy sofa to compose the room, which also has a staircase giving access to the second floor and the attic.

A small toilet has been designed in one of the entrances to the residence, discreetly and with plenty of privacy, for the use of residents and visitors, with easy access. A full laundry room, with space for ironing and drying, with benches and cabinets for storing necessary items, and access to the outdoors.

A large living room is designed to allow residents to work/study at home, with a large desk, with space for computers books and notebooks. There is also a sofa for relaxing and waiting. And, of course, a built-in toilet to ensure privacy.
In one of the walls is a closet for storing the family's belongings and clothes.

On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable bed, its own dressing room and bathroom, and a space with a desk for studying.
And of course the master suite, a beautiful master bedroom with a large, comfortable bed, as well as a space for resting and reading. The suite also has a full bathroom and a large closet for clothes.

In addition to toilets near the kitchenette and main study, this floor has two full bathrooms. One in the single bedroom and one built into the suite. Both are equipped with all the required items, including shower and bidet.

As I said at the beginning, it was a fantastic challenge to design this home, you can be sure that every detail was thought out to serve you well.
