Description

FEWER CORRIDORS, BIG LIVING ROOM, BIG BEDROOMS (AS POSSIBLE)
We tried to increase useful spaces as much as possible; To reach this purpose, We reduce the corridors of the current plan and use the diagonal wall beside the staircase as an advantage which looked like a weakness before. It helps us to have good shaped rooms.

BRIGHT LIVING ROOM
The living room and the open kitchen along with - by the area of approximately 35 square meters, now have three of four existing big windows which bring maximum natural lights into your living area to make peace and calmness. Another big window belongs to the master bedroom which I think is the only ideal choice.
(Please notice that If we placed the kitchen on the left side of the entry, we had to put one of the bedrooms on the top-right side of the plan which will get two of our four big important windows, while the living/kitchen area will only get one big and one medium size window. But now in the new plan, you will have three large windows there, which means DOUBLE LIGHT)

Some notes:
- The master bedroom has a walk-in closet before its bathroom which you can remove to gain more open space if you want.
- I placed a sliding door for the bathroom and bedrooms corridor area to make privacy. This door can be removed too if you think it would be better to be open.
- I suggested a sliding door for the first bedroom after the entry to not interfere with any probable furniture you would have there and also gain less space.
