The main idea as requested Is to divide the current area into two apartments
1 for family and the other for rent
the first apartment contain 1 bedroom with bathroom, 2 bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom, living and open Kitchen
The living added by extending the apartment by taking the terrace
The other apartment contain 1 bedroom with a large bed that can be replaced with a 2 small beds
a small kitchen , bathroom and living
