Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!

L'area è stata suddivisa in tre settori: la zona residenziale principale, l'ufficio e un appartamento in affitto.

L'area residenziale è stata molto ben pianificata e progettata in base a tutto ciò che è stato richiesto. Composto da un ingresso (che si trova quando si entra nella casa), un bagno sociale vicino all'area privata e sociale della casa, per essere facilmente accessibile ai visitatori e ai residenti.
Dispone inoltre di un soggiorno/sala da pranzo e di una cucina integrati, con accesso alla terrazza, che garantiscono una buona illuminazione naturale. Sull'altro lato della residenza si trova la zona privata, composta da due camere da letto e da un'accogliente suite con bagno.

L'ufficio è un ambiente che è stato progettato e realizzato esattamente dove richiesto, ed è composto da due spazi di lavoro/studio, con ampi spazi di archiviazione e un bagno.

L'appartamento più piccolo, che sarà destinato all'affitto, è molto ben progettato. È composto anche da una zona sociale integrata (soggiorno/sala da pranzo e cucina), con accesso a un balcone più piccolo, garantendo così una buona illuminazione e circolazione dell'aria. Dispone inoltre di una suite molto spaziosa e accogliente con bagno.

Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and hope you like it too!

The area was divided into three sectors: the main residential area, the office and a rental apartment.

The residential area was very well planned and designed according to everything that was required. It consists of an entrance hall (found when entering the house), a social bathroom near the private and social area of the house, to be easily accessible to visitors and residents.
It also has an integrated living/dining room and kitchen with access to the terrace, providing good natural lighting. On the other side of the residence is the private area, consisting of two bedrooms and a cozy suite with bathroom.

The office is a space that has been designed and built exactly where required, and consists of two work/study spaces, with ample storage space and a bathroom.

The smaller apartment, which will be for rent, is very well designed. It also consists of an integrated social area (living/dining room and kitchen), with access to a smaller balcony, thus providing good lighting and air circulation. It also has a very spacious and cozy suite with bathroom.

As I said at the beginning, it was a fantastic challenge to design this house, you can be sure that every detail has been thought out to serve you well.
