In our design, we tried to make the least amount of changes in the load-bearing walls
To create a connection between the two units, we have used arches to help both the load-bearing walls and to be in harmony with the architecture in the space.
To design wet spaces such as bathrooms, laundry and kitchen, we have chosen places that require the least plumbing changes.
We have two suggestions in design for you, one of them is in the second one of the children's room for supervision and maintenance, and the other is stairs to the upper floor for more outdoor space.
We have not changed the area of the yards to comply with municipal laws
We did not change the single ceiling that you displayed in the photos
