Per la realizzazione del progetto di arredo la ricostruzione dell'appartamento, si è pensato di creare un interno moderno, con un arredamento minimale e con l'utilizzo del colore bianco, legno naturale e alcuni neri. L'interno sarà organizzato in un ampio soggiorno open space che sarà orientato dal cortile interno, il Soggiorno avrà una grande illuminazione dalle 2 superfici vetrate che verranno create. Il soggiorno sarà organizzato in una zona lounge, con comodi divani e 2 poltrone, di fronte si troverà una parete tv composta da pannelli in legno verniciati di bianco. Accanto ad essa sarà la cucina che può essere recuperata la cucina esistente insieme all'isola, di fronte all'isola sarà il tavolo da pranzo esistente. Accanto alla cucina ci sarà una vetrata che si apre per collegare lo spazio interno con il giardino interno. che sarà una parte importante dell'arredamento. ci sarà una panchina sul lato del muro che può servire come area ricreativa per la famiglia e come spazio per mangiare. Ci sarà anche un'area lounge. nel living verranno ridotte le scale ad un soppalco che potrà fungere da ufficio o da stanza per ricevere gli amici. un mezzo wc sarà a servizio del soggiorno con wc bidet e lavabo per lavarsi le mani. La zona notte sarà divisa in 2 parti. La camera matrimoniale avrà un ingresso indipendente da un corridoio dal soggiorno e avrà accesso al giardino interno da una finestra comunicante apribile per creare uno spazio esterno interno. La camera matrimoniale avrà servizi igienici separati e cabina armadio. La successiva zona notte sarà composta da un corridoio con accesso dal soggiorno che porta a 2 camere da letto ciascuna con armadio, letti e scrivania studio. il corridoio si collega anche al garage che verrà realizzato per 1 auto e alla sala relax da voi richiesta. La camera avrà accesso dalla zona notte e dal soggiorno e avrà vista dal secondo giardino. Tali strutture saranno servite da un wc separato e la parete del corridoio avrà un ampio ripostiglio che raccoglierà tutti gli elementi dell'appartamento e avrà anche una sezione dedicata alla lavanderia.

Next to the kitchen will be a glass window that opens to connect indoor space with intern garden. which will be an important part of the decor. there will be a bench on the side of the wall that can serve as a recreation area for the family and as a space for dining. There will also be a lounge area. in living will be narrowed stairs to an intermediate floor that can serve as an office or as a room to receive friends. a half toilet will be in the service of the living room with toilet bidet and vanity for washing hands. The night area will be divided into 2 parts. The matrimonial room will have a separate entrance from a corridor from the living room and will have access to the inner garden from a connecting window that can be opened to create an indoor outdoor space.
