This is one simple solution that can become a duplex house with a small intervention. On the Back facade, 2 parts with about 5m2 were added. Both floors have 2 bedrooms that can be easily converted into working, kids, or master rooms. The staircase is placed in the central part of the house so that its eventual removal would not significantly affect the layout of the rooms, only the living rooms would increase.
