To respond to customer needs the outside was divided into 3 main areas:
the relax in the whirlpool, the one destined to the dining area and barbeque and a raised area where you will find an outdoor seating area with fireplace.
Thanks to this change in altitude will be possible to shield the Northest view through the use of the fireplace and planters. The ovest side is shielded from the neighbors through a wooden structure that gives also shadow to the relax area.
In front of the new portion of the under-construction house there are the hot tub with a solarium and a small outdoor livingroom sheltered from bleached wood canopy that protects from the afternoon sun.
The walkway that leads to the zone 2 is made with the same material of the roof, and is flanked by a lighting path and ornamental and evergreen plants, resistant to hot climates.
The dining area has a table for 10 people and is covered by a wooden structure with electrically folding tents .
Near the dining area is located the bbq area where is placed also the green egg and a separate space with aromatic spices.
From the garden level zero, three large staps flanked by planters leading to a mezzanine lounge .
Here a custom made fireplace in concrete allows you to shield the view towards the NorthEast neighbours.
Around the house there's a path 1,5m width made by irregular cement sheets.
