Two apartments with an approximate area of about 100m2 were formed with this concept design. Each apartment is divided into two zones, day and night zone. The living area is an open space consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room. In the night zone there is a master bedroom with a master bathroom, wardrobe and two smaller bedrooms.
Apartment 1: Upon entering the apartment, you walk into the open space. Near the front door there is a bathroom that is connected to the existing sewer. Across the bathroom is a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island and a dining table for 6-8 people. Then follows a living room with a conversation and TV area. The living room zone leads to the terrace facing the south and the inner courtyard. The night zone has three bedrooms. The largest is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom that is connected to another existing sewer pipe. All bedrooms have access to the terraces.
Apartment 2: This apartment has the same concept as the previous one - a large open space living area and a sleeping area with three bedrooms. Unlike apartment 1, the exit to both terraces is from the open space of the kitchen and living room, while the bedrooms do not have access to the terraces. The apartment has two bathrooms, one near the entrance to the apartment and the other is the master bathroom. Both bathrooms are formed near the existing sewer pipes and connected to them.
In both apartments, a balcony has been formed on the north side facing the main street. The floor of the balcony is raised by 15 cm in order to provide the better view from a sitting position.
The materials used in the project are natural oak wood, marble, white, black and pastel tones of the furniture. The design is classically modern and minimal.
