Il progetto cerca di generare una zona giorno-pranzo-cucina fluida come centro della casa, per questo ho deciso di ampliare lateralmente 1m, riducendo la camera degli ospiti a 10m2.
Il corridoio rimane nella proposta, poiché è un nesso funzionale, sebbene la sua eliminazione fosse uno dei suoi requisiti, nella proposta è stato realizzato un ampio set funzionale senza la necessità di toccare il corridoio, che dà ordine alla sua casa.
Per quanto riguarda i bagni, l'idea di inglobare un nuovo bagno mi sembra quella giusta, per la quale ho proposto due opzioni (vedi immagine 01), facendoti scegliere quella più adatta al tuo budget.
Vengono aggiunti e rimossi pochi muri, il che rende il progetto più economico, i mobili sono principalmente melaminici e anche cartongesso.
