The Design took into consideration the following:
- Based on plan provided plan, a rough estimation on where the drainage might be was used to allocate the Kitchen, Bathrooms and laundry to be near as possible.
- The ease of the design to be transformed from a one-story apartment into a two-story one. only a staircase needed to be placed and the change of the position of the Study Room Door is sufficient to achieve this transformation.
- All rooms to have access as possible to natural light and ventilation. Only the small Bathroom is left out.
- There are two designs provided for the second level of the two-Story Apartment option. The first design maintains a larger living space that overlook at the lower level (Mezzanine). The other design has a lower living space area but includes a large Terrace.
- Two options are also provided for the large window at the facade.
