This project was designed following your requirements and your picture references,
but also adding my design touch to it.
Regarding the entrance of your home , i have put sliding door right next to it.
That way your living room will be in it’s own space and will be separated from your bathroom.
Also you can chose witch way you will be entering your home (through a small hallway into the dinigroom or straitght through the living room).
The two areas (dinig and living room) are connected using disposition of the furniture in a way that it feels like one space is a part of the other, while satisfying your requirement regarding the living room, where the library must be separated from the tv.
I have also open the wall between the kitchen and the dining room , so now they make an visual impression of one space.
Using LED lights, glass doors and some regular shelves in the wall opening, i was trying to create a storage space where you can put your valuable equipment like they are on display.
The only way i could make a study in your bedroom was to replace makeup cabinet with a table with shevles.
And by puting the mirrors on the closet doors and having enough space space for your makeup, you will have the same effect and your own space where you can work and study in peace and quiet.
