Description

The entire project is designed with the costant intention to create a triple space in a double living room. One of these to warm up by the fireplace, the other one to admire the view outside and to watch movies with the projector and the last one to stay comfortably sit and eat or talk in front of the TV.
To realize this I've chosen a wooden platform (height: 15 cm) that is designed organically with the walls and it adapts its form to hold the modular sofas and folds to form two coffee tables. Under this structure you can put books or other objects.
The wall that divides the living room to kitchen is completly covered by wood panels and a sliding door that hide itself behind the bookcase when you open it.
An interesting choice is the corner next to the window used to create a significally important art exposition corner or a ZEN-gardern with sand instead the parquet. To amplify this corner I've chosen to demolite a little part of the wall to reconnect the external serra with the intern corner. So sunlight can enter and light up the internal tree or the sculpture in a very contemplative way.
The fireplace wall is cut to isolate the entire block of fireplace.
