The floor lay out is completely changed the common (living and kitchen area) area is located near to the entrance and the bed room is opposite side of the entrance, the floor layout is designed to optimize the space and to minimize wasted space.
Around the entrance I added built in storage shelf with coat hanger, shoe race and study desk, since the apartment is very small the self help as to keep the space tidy and organized
To make the room bigger and brighter I used light and contrast color, light and bright walls reflect so it makes the rooms airy and bright. I design the tv unit with electrical fire place and book shelf and also it is also the focal point.
The kitchen is arranged in a functional way which is easier to work on and also visually appealing, per your request I included the wine cooler with storage and to maximize space the dining table (island )is connected to the kitchen cabinet .
I kept the bed room simple as possible to with light color and lighting system to make it brighter and cozy
