Esta es una remodelación para una pareja dueña de un ático que aún no se ha construido. El apartamento está en el último piso y consta de 2 unidades; en el primer piso hay una casa de 82 metros cuadrados con invernadero solar y balcón. El piso superior tiene 90 m2 de terraza.
Se plantea quitar uno de los baños existentes para abrir campo para una amplia cocina en isla bien equipada con muchos puntos de apoyo con la posibilidad de poder moverse fácilmente. Se diseña un cierre con vidrios estilo Lissoni. Cocina de inducción y todas las tecnologías modernas de cocina, campana extractora. Se usa el blanco y tonos claros. Considerando muchos cajones y estantes perimetrales flotantes.
Para la ropa, vestidos y zapatos se plantean guarda ropa amplios en las habitaciones en la entrada de la casa para poder quitarse los zapatos y los abrigos. Para usar la cinta de correr y hacer actividades corporales libres se adecua el porche y el invernadero solar.
Para ver televisión después de cenar se propone un espacio para un sofá en L aprovechando el espacio y generando un nicho para un gabinete de televisión y un escritorio con silla bien dispuestos. Se plantean paredes y tabiques redondeados.
Se generan dos habitaciones y dos baños, modificando los muros interiores se adecua la habitación principal con cama doble y dos mesitas de noche y salida exclusiva al porche, con un amplio baño privado con bañera, ducha y doble lavamanos, sanitario y bidet, además de dos amplios closets o área de TV.
La habitación secundaria cuenta con espacio para una cama sencilla área de TV, espacio para un sillón, closet y el baño del corredor que lo pueden usar también los invitados.
En el baño secundario se plantea la opción de quitar el bidet para adecuar el espacio e instalar una lavadora.
En la gran terraza se plantea un muro bajo perimetral con un borde de vegetación, y un piso de madera deck, además de disponer un juego de sofá con mesa y sillones con un estilo al aire libre. También se propone un Swimspa Duo en la terraza y una ducha debajo de una pérgola, con diseño ajustado según las necesidades, que cubre parte de la terraza permitiendo también estar al aire libre.
El techo tiene luces puntuales empotradas en cielo raso falso además de luces lineales de tira led empotradas en nichos en el cielo raso y los muebles, para realzar el espacio y generar ambientes más cálidos.
