Dear Respected Designer,
Thank you for giving me this opportunity and select my little house for applying your innovative ideas for interior/ exterior design.
You will find a PDF format for the house. Unfortunately, the developer did not provide a plan for the outside garden and driver room. However, I am attaching a plan view with area per square meters as per the documentation already received from the developer as follows:
1. Ground Floor with one car parking and outside room for the driver – 143 Square Meter (Inside Area of the House);
2. 1st Floor – 138 Square Meter;
3. Annex or 2nd Floor – 26 Square Meter.
Please note the outside perimeter wall has a rectangular shape of the following dimensions; 11.5 meter X 30 meter. Outside is only sand with no grass or any irrigation system and no parking shade whereby the house owner is required to design his own system. The house has a front side towards south of city of Jeddah – Saudi Arabia. with neighbors from right, left, and backside.
Please note the following comments as per my wiferequirements:
1. Ladies saloon at ground floor shall be made as LivingRoom;
2. Living Room at 1st Floor shall be made as Ladies Saloonwith In-Room Coffee & Tea Service;
3. Bed Room No. 2 to be utilized as closet room with an opendoor from inside the master bed room facing the current dressing room next to the master bed room toilet. Current access to bed room No. 2 to be permanently removed or if designer prefers that door to be kept while closed, it is his choice.
4. Bedroom at Annex floor to be made as an office with shelves for books.
5. I have also included detailed information about the kitchen that we have already ordered.
