Per la realizzazione del restauro del progetto si pensa che la villa sarà suddivisa in 3 appartamenti. Al primo piano verranno creati 2 appartamenti con soggiorno open space con cucina tavolo da pranzo e zona lounge, inoltre gli appartamenti al primo piano avranno 1 camera da letto e un bagno. L'ingresso principale della villa sarà utilizzato come ingresso comune a tutti e 3 gli appartamenti. Le scale che portano al piano superiore saranno dedicate all'appartamento al piano superiore che sarà più lussuoso con una superficie maggiore. L'appartamento al piano superiore avrà 2 camere da letto di cui una con wc separato e accesso al balcone da nord. L'appartamento avrà un ampio soggiorno con zona lounge e zona pranzo formale e avrà accesso alla cucina con porte scorrevoli sulle pareti che potranno essere lasciate aperte o chiuse a seconda delle necessità. La cucina sarà ampia ad L e avrà al centro un'isola di cottura con panche per consumare la colazione. Si accederà ad una toilette dal corridoio per tutte le zone della giornata. Sarà montato un ascensore per l'accesso al secondo piano. Il soggiorno può essere utilizzato come terza camera da letto. Il riscaldamento sarà effettuato a pavimento e gli infissi saranno sostituiti con serramenti ad alta efficienza energetica. La facciata esterna sarà dipinta con colori chiari senza interferire con lo stile dell'edificio.

The apartment will have a large living room with a lounge area and formal dining area and will have access to the kitchen with sliding doors on the walls which can be left open or closed as needed. The kitchen will be large L-shaped and will have in the center a cooking island with benches to eat breakfast. A toilet will be accessed from the corridor for all areas of the day. An elevator will be mounted for access to the second floor. The living room can be used as a third bedroom. Heating will be done on the floor and the windows will be replaced with energy-efficient windows. The exterior facade will be painted in light colors without interfering with the style of the building.
