Nel primo piccolo appartamento è stato ricavato un letto matrimoniale “alla francese” e un divano-letto utili ad ospitare un massimo d 4 persone. A tal proposito l’appartamento è munito di un armadio a muro a 4 ante, di una piccola cucina e di un tavolo per 4 persone.
Il secondo appartamento è stato studiato al fine di rispettare gli stessi requisiti del primo.
In entrambi gli appartamenti è stata posta particolare attenzione alla posizione della cucina, evitando di porsi a ridosso delle zone da letto.
I bagni di entrambi gli appartamenti sono provvisti di tutti i sanitari e di una grande doccia con seduta interna, che assieme alle cucine, costituiscono un nucleo unico per facilitare le operazioni di cantiere legate agli scarichi e agli impianti. Portando di conseguenza ad un considerevole risparmio economico.
Il disempegno è stato ridotto allo stretto necessario e munito di piccolo ripostiglio utile ad entrambi gli appartamenti.

The first studio apartment has a french bed and a sofa bed and can accommodate up to 4 people. There are a 4-door built-in wardrobe, a kitchenette and a table for four.
The second studio apartment has been designed with the same features of the first one.
The position of the kitchenette has been carefully chosen in both apartments to be as far as possible from the bedroom area.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, a bidet, a washbasin and a large walk-in shower with seat.
The bathrooms and the kitchenettes have been designed as a single unit in order to simplify the renovation works, plumbing, water and sanitary system in particular, thus reducing its costs.
The dimension of the hallway has been reduced to the bare minimum and a small closet, useful for both apartments, has been added.
