It was possible to fulfill all your briefing for this project, with a functional and easy to clean layout, fitting all the necessary furniture and equipments and placing kitchen and bathroom close to the building’s drainage system. By the close location of the sewer pipes, you will get a good slope, which will prevent future maintenance. Also, the new system construction will be cheaper.
To make the project easier to understand, I added notes explaining the pieces of furniture and indicating ideal measurements for them.
