Description

Target of the project was to split a large apartment with two entrances into two smaller ones.
We tried to keep the existing walls , to reduce demolitions as much as possible.
The only big work is the shifting of drain pipes for the new two bathrooms.
As requested we obtained :
1.An apartment for the owners, with entrance, closet, large living/dining room, kitchen, laundry, one
studio , one guest bathroom, two bedrooms ,two bathrooms.
2.An apartment to rent with living, one bedroom with closet, one bathroom
In apartment 1 ,to optimize and characterize the spaces we have chosen to build an inclined glass
wall In this way we obtain an aesthetically pleasing and original architectural solution to separate the
kitchen from the living area.
Here we've decided to separate the both bedrooms of parent and girl in a night area .This to have more
privacy.
Here you will find the big bedroom with private bathroom (which is ventilated naturally) and the girl
bedroom and bathroom.
For more functionality we decided to mantain guest bathroom, studio and laundry near living area.
Above the entrance area , corridors, and kitchen we propose a plasterboard countertop. In entrance
and living area we find a library to be built in plasterboard.
In apartment 2 we have one bright and large kitchen/living room , one bedroom with walk-in closet
and a bathroom with shower, illuminated by a window that takes natural light from the top of the
boundary wall with the living ,which will be in glass.
Both apartments offer the possibility of different furniture design solutions
