I propose an organic shape for the master plan of your resort, using a module of 9 meters x 5 meters for the structure of the houses .
There are 4 main villas the you can meet entering the area with two rooms and kitchen and living room ; each of those has a private entrance and a private garden where to relax.
The houses are thought of medium size not too big but with all comfort inside.
The second block of rooms has the same structural composition every room is independent and triple faced : one towards the sea , one to the small private garden , one to the common area that links those rooms all together covered by tents.
The main material of those houses is wood the shape is very simple easy to build so eco and modern .
there are also two common parts where to enjoy the stay : one with restaurant, shops and relax room that faces the sea , the other one that is the main entrance has common spaces under the tent, a main hall and a gym.
There are also two pool and a golf camp.
I imagined the pool close to the sea to be the infinity pool so you can feel to be in the sea in the while .
