With this solution I made shortest way from the entrance to the back garden through living room, dining room and finally kitchen.
There I formed courtyard which can serve as kitchen extension. Courtyard is covered with gravel in order to let the earth collect the rain.
From the courtyard with stone stairs you can get to the garden and also platform in the level of the roof from which you can observe the valley as if you lie on clouds (white “cloudy roof“).
On the side of the house there is a plato with a external shower suraounded with cactuses
In the house there are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Second bathroom I created in the way that I took little bit of the room and entered with a new white wall into the stone wall which I think will have nice visual effect, area is less then 5 m2, and both rooms can use it.
Front terrace is redisigned, there is higher wall towards neigbors, a small garden and the entrance to the terrace is next to it. Terace is covered with new pergola with grape leaves. Terrace is spacious so there is plenty of space for drinking fontain, grill, stove etc. I suggested space for mini outdoor kitchen by the wall.
Walls: white and flat to 2.00 m and natural above that.
Floor: polished concrete floors in all rooms and bathrooms.
Cloud roof should be painted white so does arces above doors and maybe frames around windows.
I suggested modern 50s-60s style design furniture and also I think you shoud keep all the decoration in the living room because they are lovely ( wall plates, sun etc.)
All the greenery that already exists around the house cactuses, oranges, olives, oleanders etc. are welcome.
