The plan is designed taking care of the quality of space for a comfortable, functional and welcoming apartment. And to take into consideration all existing structural and sanitary equipments.
Since there is only one existing duct, I designed the two bathrooms desired near it. The solution of designing a bathroom away from the existing evacuation would be technically complicated and will have budgetary and aesthetic impact.

The plan consists of:
-A living room + kitchen + table 4/5: it is welcoming and spaces are well defined.
-A beautiful entrance with entry closet, bright and modern thanks to a glass wall and a bookshelves that separate the entrance from the night area. the glass wall is not totally transparent for the privacy but allows the passage of the light and reduces the effect corridor.
-3 bedrooms with wardrobe each.
-Bath1: sink+bidet+shower 90x120+seperated toilet.
-Bath2: sink+shower 90x160+wash and dryer machine.
