Description

The project focuses on creating comfortable open spaces, pursuing a connection with the exterior patio to allow the interior communal areas to blend seamlessly with the exterior. The layout strives to be minimalistic and functional, considering every detail of daily life. The facade aims to harmonize with the surrounding nature and the minimalist interior. Both private and common areas are clearly delineated by having all the public spaces in the front and the bedrooms at the back.

Bedrooms count with tons of closet and storage space and with comfortable bathrooms. There was also space to make a laundry space with a possible sink and a under counter washer and dryer.

The need for a third room, intended as a studio, led to the idea of siting it between the two bedrooms, providing flexibility for either room to use it while ensuring adequate ventilation for all spaces. Privacy in between bedrooms is kept by blinds. Glass allows the space to fill with light. Existing window placements were tried to preserve.(The window frames were changed and the angle). The only modifications made were to the facade windows, allowing for expansion by removing a potentially non-structural column. If, by some chance, it is structural, the column could be retained but made thinner to enhance the sense of unity between the living room and patio.

We are prepared to delve into further detail, tailoring the design to your specific requirements and lifestyle habits to achieve extraordinary results. We would be delighted to assist you in bringing this fantastic project to life!

We are eager to share our presentation with you and look forward to your feedback.
