The proposal presented is born from an initial study necessary to understand how to distribute the required spaces and thus give each one its own identity in order to create a harmony where the materials and colors chosen identify a warm and welcoming home. The entrance has a comfortable built-in wall cabinet and mainly composed of closed doors interspersed with spaces and shelves where you can store objects and then leave space for a double-sided bookcase that filters the entrance from the remaining living area; from here the passages lead us on one side directly to the kitchen and on the other to the first living room with a more formal style with a double sofa and fireplace. The living room is thus identified in two parts, the first dedicated to welcoming and the second, slightly separated by bookcases with slats that to have greater depth allow us to glimpse the TV room, here a large sofa with a full-wall TV cabinet in front and a possible linear fireplace underneath allows you to comfortably watch films with the family; furthermore, in this room there is space for all those always sought-after accessories in addition to a large storage wall interspersed with flush-to-the-wall doors that give access to the hallway with day bathroom. The dining area, always in an open style, is closer to the kitchen and here a large table that can be extended to accommodate ten to fourteen people, and the console table behind it also tries to give warmth to this corner of the room. The kitchen is separated by large sliding windows that, when opened, create a large open-plan space where everything is directly and easily connected; here, the kitchen's operational area, complete with everything you need, is located on the wall, with an island in front with a second sink and seating to comfortably accommodate four people. On the sides of the room, there is a wine bar with two designer seats and a small table for tasting, while on the opposite side we find the dining table for family dinners. In addition, a room has been created for use as a pantry and laundry, which is always useful and sought after. The staircase leads to the first floor where the corridor leads to the bedrooms and the study/archive, and here the master bedroom, identified in a central position, is composed like a real suite with a bed in the center of the room and a small living room with TV; walk-in closet with double access from the headboard and bathroom complete with cabinet with double sink, console, sanitary ware, shower with chromotherapy and freestanding tub. The other two bedrooms are similar, both with private bathroom and walk-in closet located at the entrance of the bedroom so as to filter the spaces; the bedroom with double or queen-size bed is complete with everything necessary and also houses a desk top. Particular attention was paid to the lighting and false ceilings which, as can be seen from the attached plans, are not invasive also because there are no significant heights in the actual state, but have been useful for inserting recessed lighting systems as well as enhancing the spaces.
