Briefing

ITA _ Salve a tutti. Sono Cristina e insieme al mio futuro marito sto costruendo da zero la mia nuova casa e sono alla ricerca di idee per arredarla sfruttando al meglio tutti gli spazi disponibili. Prediligo uno stile contemporaneo che deve comunque rendere la casa accogliente in tutti gli ambienti e non asettica.
Partendo dall'ingresso vorrei che ci fosse un tavolo d'appoggio con uno specchio. L'ingresso dovrebbe essere separato anche attraverso soluzioni "vedo non vedo" (ad esempio listelli di legno) dall'ampio living. Nella zona living, che dovrà essere il cuore nevralgico del progetto, vorrei ci fosse un grande tavolo da pranzo (che possa ospitare fino a 10/12 persone), una salotto "formale" con un grande camino e un'altra parte di salotto con tv e grandi librerie o mobili contenitori. Nel salotto vorrei che venissero utilizzati dei colori caldi come bianco, tortora, beige e marrone e che l'ambiente in generale si presenti come contemporaneo ed elegante al tempo stesso. Il living sarà poi diviso dalla cucina con una porta scorrevole vetrata. La cucina dovrà avere idealmente un'isola con degli sgabelli e un tavolo più piccolo per l'uso quotidiano. Per la cucina prediligo dei colori scuri come il grigio e il nero con inserti in marmo venato in verde e/o marrone o in legno.
Al pian terreno si troverà poi un bagno di servizio (mi piacerebbe che fosse su uno stile estroso) e una stanza e cabina armadio. Sempre al piano terra nella planimetria si possono vedere delle quinte che vorrei venissero realizzate con una struttura ad arco.
Il primo piano a cui si accede mediante ascensore o una scala a doppia rampa ospiterà invece la zona notte. La camera padronale idealmente dovrebbe essere quella centrale che sarà comunicante con un bagno e una cabina armadio. Anche qui vorrei prediligere dei colori naturali che rendano la camera accogliente. Il bagno padronale, se gli spazi lo permettono, dovrà ospitare oltre alla doccia walk in, una vasca da bagno. Vorrei un doppio lavandino con specchi lunghi e ovali e mobili con scanalature. La cabina armadio dovrà invece avere degli armadi chiusi (possibilmente con vetrate). Le altre due camere da letto avranno invece entrambe dei bagni en suite. Da ultimo, al primo piano si trova anche uno studio da utilizzare per lavoro e per l'archiviazione dei documenti.
Dai progetti che saranno presentati vorrei ottenere spunti e idee originali per ottimizzare gli spazi a disposizione e per avere soprattutto maggiori ispirazione da un punto di vista architettonico e di Interior design.

ENG _ Hello everyone! My name is Cristina and along with my husband - to - be I am building from scratch my new house and I am looking for some smart and fresh ideas for its interior design so that I can make the most from every single space. I have a preference for contemporary home decor that has to give a unique and warm attire to the house (I do not want it to be sterile and aseptic).
Let's start from the entrance where I'd like to find a desk/table and a mirror. The entrance has to be somehow separated by the living room by using for examples some wooden slats or similar. The living room (that to me is the most important part of this project) has to have a large dining room that can host up to 10/12 people, a formal living room with a fireplace and another section where I can place the TV and some big bookshelves or storage units. In this room I'd like to have warm colors such as white, beige, taupe and brown. This part of the house has to be contemporary and elegant. The living is separated from the kitchen by a glass sliding door. The kitchen must host an island with some stools and some pendant lights over it and a smaller table (than the one in the living) to be used on a daily basis. I'd like to have a black/anthracite kitchen with some marble or wooden trims. The ground floor also features a bathroom (which I'd likee to be fancy and eclectic) and another room to be used for the storage of the outwear and shoes: this room is directly linked to the garage. Moreover, the ground floor features two "open" dividing walls that I'd like to be arch shaped.
The first floor, to which one can enter by and elevator or a staircase, features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a studio- office. The master bedroom should be the one in the middle and it has to be linked to the bathroom and to a walk in closet. In here as well I'd like to have warm and natural colors. The master bathroom has to feature a bathtub, a walk in shower and two sinks with some tall oval shaped mirrors and cabinets with groove trims. The closet must host some closed wardrobes (glass doors are preferred). The other two bedrooms instead have an "en suite" bathroom. On the first floor there's also a studio that has to host a desk and some cabinets.
I have decided to launch this contest in order to get as many ideas to optimize the space and to get some inspiration on unconventional architectural features and interior design.
